1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the rules for using the PageTap platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using PageTap, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service.

2. Lawful Use

You agree to use PageTap only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

3. Content You Publish

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or publish through PageTap.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Videos
  • Documents
  • Links
  • Contact information
  • Business information
  • Any other material published through your mobile pages

You must have the necessary rights or permission to use all content you publish.

4. Prohibited Content

PageTap is a family-friendly platform. All content published through the Service must be suitable for a general audience.

You may not use PageTap to publish or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal.
  • Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading.
  • Promotes scams or deceptive business practices.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Promotes phishing or identity theft.
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Contains defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing material.
  • Encourages violence or criminal activity.
  • Exploits or harms children.
  • Contains unlawful sexually explicit material.
  • Contains nudity, pornography, or other adult-oriented material.
  • Contains excessive graphic violence or other content that is not appropriate for a family-friendly platform.
  • Violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.

PageTap reserves the sole right to determine whether content meets its family-friendly standards. Content that violates this Policy may be removed immediately, with or without prior notice, and repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Impersonation

You may not:

  • Pretend to be another person.
  • Pretend to represent another business without authorization.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with PageTap.
  • Use misleading branding designed to confuse visitors.

6. Security
You may not attempt to:

  • Gain unauthorized access to PageTap systems.
  • Circumvent security measures.
  • Probe or test system vulnerabilities.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Disrupt another user's experience.

7. Spam and Unwanted Activity

You may not use PageTap to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Operate spam campaigns.
  • Generate fake traffic.
  • Artificially inflate analytics.
  • Abuse referral or affiliate systems.
  • Engage in deceptive marketing practices.

8. Affiliate Program

Affiliates must promote PageTap honestly and professionally.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Self-referrals intended solely to generate commissions.
  • Fake customer accounts.
  • Commission fraud.
  • Misleading advertising.
  • False claims regarding PageTap features or pricing.

Violations may result in suspension from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Fair Use

PageTap is intended to provide reliable service for all users.

You agree not to:

  • Excessively consume platform resources.
  • Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service.
  • Use automated systems in ways that negatively affect other users.
  • Abuse free trials or promotional offers.

10. Enforcement

PageTap reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Remove content.
  • Suspend accounts.
  • Terminate accounts.
  • Suspend affiliate participation.
  • Restrict access to the Service.
  • Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

PageTap may act immediately to protect the security, stability, and integrity of the platform.

11. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is using PageTap in violation of this Policy, please notify us using the support options available on the PageTap website.

12. Changes to This Policy

PageTap may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

When significant changes are made, a new version will be published with an updated Effective Date.
