9. Mobile Previews

Preview links are intended solely for reviewing unpublished content.

10. Affiliate Program

Participation in the PageTap Affiliate Program is subject to these Terms and any additional Affiliate Agreement.

Referral links are permanently assigned to affiliates and may not be transferred, sold, or used for fraudulent activity.

PageTap reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation for abuse, fraud, or violations of the Affiliate Agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

The PageTap platform, software, trademarks, branding, graphics, logos, and original content remain the exclusive property of PageTap.

These Terms do not grant ownership of any PageTap intellectual property.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

13. Suspension and Termination

Termination of an account does not automatically relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

15. Limitation of Liability

PageTap's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PageTap during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
