Affiliate Agreement

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the PageTap Affiliate Program.

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to this Agreement as well as the PageTap Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Becoming an Affiliate

To participate, you must:

• Create a valid PageTap account.
• Select a unique personal referral link during registration.
• Provide accurate payment and contact information when requested.

PageTap reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications.

3. Your Referral Link

Each affiliate receives a permanent referral link in the following format:

pagetap.app/r/your-referral-link

Your referral link:

• Is unique to your account.
• Cannot be changed after your affiliate account has been created.
• Must not impersonate another individual, business, or trademark.
• Must comply with PageTap's naming rules.

4. Eligible Referrals

A referral is considered eligible when:

• A new customer signs up through your referral link.
• The referral meets all program requirements.
• The customer is not already associated with another affiliate.
• The referral is not fraudulent or generated through prohibited methods.

PageTap determines referral eligibility using its internal tracking systems.

5. Commissions

Eligible referrals may earn commissions according to the current affiliate commission schedule published by PageTap.

Commission rates may change from time to time.

Changes apply only to future referrals unless otherwise stated.

6. Payouts

Affiliate commissions are paid only after:

• The referred customer's payment has been successfully processed.
• Any applicable refund or dispute period has expired.
• Minimum payout requirements, if any, have been met.

PageTap may request tax or payment information before issuing payouts.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Refer themselves for the purpose of earning commissions.
• Create fake accounts.
• Generate fraudulent referrals.
• Misrepresent PageTap or its services.
• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising.
• Bid on trademarks or falsely represent themselves as PageTap.

Violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination of the affiliate account.

8. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote PageTap honestly and accurately.

You may:

• Share your referral link.
• Create videos, tutorials, and reviews.
• Publish blog posts.
• Use social media.
• Print QR codes linked to your referral page.

You may not claim to represent PageTap unless expressly authorized.

9. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with affiliate earnings as required by applicable law.

10. Program Changes

PageTap may modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify affiliates of significant changes.

11. Suspension or Termination

PageTap may suspend or terminate affiliate participation if an affiliate:

• Violates this Agreement.
• Violates the Terms of Service.
• Engages in fraud or abuse.
• Attempts to manipulate referral tracking.
• Damages the reputation of PageTap.

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions associated with prohibited activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

PageTap is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

13. Changes to This Agreement

PageTap may update this Agreement from time to time.

Material changes will be published with a new version number and updated Effective Date.

Where appropriate, affiliates may be asked to accept the updated Agreement before continuing participation.
